Unveiling Italian Elegance in Electric Form
Junior, Alfa Romeo’s first all-electric vehicle, exudes Italian style at first glance, is small in stature, and has a strong sporting bent. The first Alfa Romeo with an all electric drivetrain is Junior. 156 horsepower and a range of up to 250 miles (WLTP) or the sportier 240 horsepower Veloce with a range of up to 215 miles (WLTP) are the two power output options available. The pinnacle of Alfa Romeo DNA is seen on both models. The new Junior is easy to charge, taking less than 30 minutes to complete a 10-80% charge using a 100kW rapid charger. Powertrain Options
Junior, a true Alfa Romeo with best-in-class rankings, joins the era of electric vehicles with the lowest weight in the class and the best mass distribution. With its 14.6-degree direct steering, the Veloce variant boasts the most precise steering in the segment, which further enhances its remarkable road holding capabilities. The sports suspension has been lowered by 25mm. The front and rear anti-roll bars provide rapid cornering with a high degree of grip; the four-piston monobloc calipers on the front discs measure over 380mm; the Torsen differential provides the best traction possible under all circumstances.
Unveiling the Trim Levels
There are three trim levels for the Alfa Romeo Junior: the Junior Elettrica, Speciale, and Veloce, which have 156 horsepower and 240 horsepower, respectively.
Junior Elettrica
The basic Junior Elettrica has gloss black mirror covers, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, LED headlights and taillights, and 18-inch diamond-cut aero alloy wheels. Inside, there’s a 10.25-inch driver-oriented central screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 60/40 folding back seats, and eight-color ambient lighting that highlights the air vents, center tunnel, and Cannocchiale instrument cluster. e-Call, Alfa Romeo Connected Services, Active Lane Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Adaptive Cruise Control are among the standard safety features. The 11kW on-board charger, heat pump, Mode 3 charging connection, and keyless entry round out the standard specification.
Junior Speciale Elettrica Launch Edition
Adding a sports styling kit with a diamond black Scudetto, dark tinted rear windows, and 18-inch Petali alloy wheels, the Junior Speciale Elettrica launch edition improves on this. The leather steering wheel, sports pedals, kick plates, and a six-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat with massaging function are among the interior components made of Spiga vinyl and fabric. 10.25-inch infotainment with navigation, a 180-degree rear camera, hands-free electric tailgate, Adaptive Cruise Control with lane centering and traffic congestion assistance, and keyless entry with proximity access technology are all standard, rounding out the roomy configuration.
Junior Veloce
Sport brake calipers, a Torsen differential, a 25mm lower suspension, and a 240 horsepower electric drivetrain are all included in the Veloce model. With its 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, black roof, dark-tinted rear windows, red-painted brake calipers, and sports styling kit with a diamond-black Scudetto, it amplifies the sportiness of the regular Junior Elettrica. The inside of the Corsa Sabelt features standard kick plates, sports pedals, a leather steering wheel, and seats covered in black and red leather and suede. All Junior trims offer unwavering functionality, including the largest boot among high-end rivals with a 400-liter capacity.
